In House Manufacturing

Our focus towards our clients is lead time and our aim is to manufacture and develop all products ourselves, trying to minimize the involvement of third party company's.

This gives us our own time frame for production lead time.

CNC Laser & Plasma cutting

Laser cutting is a precise thermal cutting process, utilizing a focused beam of light. We often recommend this manufacturing process for applications where parts require tighter tolerances. When it comes to a specific material choice, we typically work with customers and make recommendations based on their specific application.

We work with mild steel with a max of 30mm thickness.

Table working bed is 1.5 Meter x 3 Meter.

Powder coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat. It is usually a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

We have a large powder coating oven with max size 2.4 x 2.4 x 4.8 Meter giving us large coating capabilities.

Boiler Making, Bending, Welding & Assembly

With our large workshop dedicated to sheet metal working, the boiler making division is able to realise all kinds of parts requiring laser cutting, welding, and bending operations.

We have qualified and approved Boiler-makers to produce quality products in different materials, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, etc.

Our designs are build on using STMicroelectronics wide ranging microcontroller product portfolio 32-bit ARM based CORTEX-M microcontrollers and processors.

PCB design capabilities include single layer or multi-layer (up to 6 layers) depending on the requirements.
